Privacy and website use

KAIROS uses this website to present its proposal and arrange conversations with companies. To ask about the use of your data or request access, correction, or deletion, email carlos.medina@editorialselva.com.

During this testing stage, analytics and session recordings are enabled by default. You can disable them through “Privacy preferences” in the footer. Any preference you have already saved is respected.

Navigation analytics

When analytics are enabled, we record the presentation sections and moments you explore, approximate active time per piece of content, control clicks, scrolling, and device type. We count sessions and returning visits from the same browser associated with the invitation link. A random identifier distinguishes browsers; we do not use fingerprinting or try to identify people from their IP address.

Links sent to companies contain a code that our team associates internally with the recipient company and campaign. Activity helps organize commercial follow-up. Forwarded links remain attributed to the original link: this does not prove who visited or who works at that company. The code contains no names or email addresses.

Microsoft Clarity, optional

When recordings are enabled, we load Microsoft Clarity. This service receives technical browser information and reconstructs navigation using the page, clicks, and scrolling. It does not access your camera or microphone. We send random browser, visit, and link identifiers; the internal company name and your booking details are not sent as tags.

Clarity is not installed on administration, calendar connection, appointment management, or booking forms. We do not use advertising integrations and send advertising consent as denied. Read the Microsoft privacy statement.

Storage and retention

Our own analytics are stored in the KAIROS database hosted in Lovable Cloud’s United States region. Only authorized administrators can view company, link, and activity relationships. Detailed events and visits are retained for 12 months. Companies and links remain until the team removes them. Records needed to manage appointments follow the booking lifecycle.

Your privacy choice is stored in your browser for 180 days. The random browser identifier is retained for 90 days. The link between a visit and a possible booking is limited to 30 minutes of inactivity. Clarity manages its own identifiers and retention, normally keeping recordings for 30 days, with exceptions for selected or saved recordings.

Your choice

You can use the presentation and book with analytics and recordings disabled. Change your choice through “Privacy preferences”. Withdrawing stops future analytics; you can request deletion of previous records. Some visits are not recorded due to this choice, blockers, or automated traffic filters.

Booking

When you book, we use your name, email, company, reason, time zone, and selected time to manage the appointment with the host, create the Google Calendar event, and notify both participants. We do not record booking form fields in session recordings. A confirmed appointment may be linked to the invitation if analytics are enabled.
